All plans include automated scheduling, a homeowner dashboard, and satisfaction guarantee.
Nope! Most of our services are exterior and don't require you to be home. For interior services, you can provide a lockbox code or smart lock access through your dashboard.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months. No penalties, no guilt.
We currently serve Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, New Westminster, and Coquitlam. Surrey and Delta/Langley are coming soon.
